“It’s OK Not To Be OK” is the book to educate everyone on the subject. Between facts, articles, interviews, and tips, the book covers in detail depression and anxiety.
Meanwhile, “Making It Personal” is more of a diary of multiple people who struggle with mental health. The point of this book is to show that there are more people out there who suffer from this, but they keep going.
